Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) is a quick way to help remove emotions from our nervous system. In EFT, there are acupressure “tapping” points on the fingers, just next to the nail, but not the fatty bit, on the side of the finger closest to the thumb. Tapping these points can help to release the emotion associated with each finger. This is not a cure-all but it is a technique we can use on ourselves.
