Raising children is rewarding but it can be a tough gig at times. Little do they know you are finding your way as you go and you are wearing a number of different hats as well as that of parent.
So after a long day at work it can hit you hard when you are greeted by backchat or they utter something disrespectful when you walk through the door. What is the best way to handle backchat without reacting in the same way?
